Each hunt is coordinated by a committee member or co-opted member. Please contact the organiser well before the hunt to book and secure your spot. All hunts are organised on a first come first serve basis and club hunts are open for any and all members to attend. Each hunt though has limited numbers and to get in please book early.
There are some ground rules for club hunts. To secure your place your day fees and accommodation must be paid upfront. This is to ensure that places on the hunt are not reserved for members who are not serious in wanting to attend. Sorry guys but we had a large amount of cancellations in the past. Secondly it is each members responsibility to familiarize him or herself with the rules of the farm and the price lists. The organiser of each hunt will provide this information but it is your responsibility to study it. The third and last condition is that all your arrows must be marked with your club number.
